Aggression



Lately an obvious increase in aggression can be noticed, not just around us but also individually in thought. This points to desperate attempts of both individual and group ego to maintain itself as surrender to the Higher Self will inevitably lead to its death. A combination of breathing and affirmation offers a way to cope with an often misleading justification of aggression by the ego. As soon as thoughts of an aggressive nature arise or one is confronted with such events in society, take a deep breath, hold your breath for a few seconds and while exhaling think; I Am in God and God is in me. If applied on a regular basis this will result in surrender to the Higher Self.
